Venture Church
Venture Church exists to open the relational door to a spiritual adventure with Jesus Christ and the people of North Seattle. We are committed to helping others grow with God by serving people in our community. We will do this by providing financial seminars for growing families, expedition community groups, excellent family ministries, as well as a focused and relevant weekly worship opportunity for the people of Marysville.
Situated 30 minutes north of Seattle, Marysville is located in Snohomish County. It is known locally as "The Strawberry City" due to the large amount of the fruit the surrounding area produces. The rapid population growth in the Seattle metro area is spilling over into Marysville, as it is a convenient commuter community with lower cost housing.

About The VanHorns
Troy and Vicki VanHorn have been married for over 13 years. Troy entered ministry in 1999 and has served in two churches as Worship Pastor, Pastor of Student Ministries, and Young Adult Ministries. He has a BSML from Cornerstone University. He has been involved in planning and leading domestic and international short term mission trips for the past 6 years. He is gifted in the areas of leadership, teaching, and creativity. Vicki is a physical therapist and has served as a volunteer in children and student ministries. The VanHorns have 3 great kids, Connor, Kyla and Elya.
