Joyful Life Church is a multi-cultural, multi-generational church - open to people of all ages and backgrounds.  Our ministry is based in Renton and White Center, and we are dedicated to reaching out and spreading the Gospel to these communities.

 

Renton’s ethnic diversity first drew us to this area, and we seek to share the Gospel with the community in ways relevant to today’s generation.  We will develop relationships and communicate God’s Word innovatively and dynamically, while carefully maintaining authenticity in Christ.  Using various forms of multimedia, dramatic performances, and contemporary praise and worship, we will find and invite people to join us in knowing and loving Christ.  As a family-based ministry, we also provide a children’s program and counseling to help families who want to establish a Christ-centered home.

Joyful Life also takes a special interest in White Center, a small residential area in Southwest Seattle.  With a population of 21,000 people, it is the home to many lower-middle class families.  Families here are often recent immigrants, underprivileged, have single parents, and children who are unable to receive the care they need because their parents are so busy.  Here, we have the opportunity to fulfill our mission of loving our neighbors by finding and filling the community’s needs.
