The Cross Church
The Crossing - Spokane is a church that seeks out lost people by meeting their needs, seeing them come to know Christ, developing them to maturity, and sending them out to do likewise. The mission of The Crossing is to encounter God, experience community, engage the culture and exalt Christ in walking together along the journey from unbelief to full devotion to Christ.
The City of Spokane, Washington (pop. 414,500), is the largest city between Seattle and Minneapolis. Spokane has much to offer, but even with all the things of beauty and exciting activities, Spokane is still one of the most desperate communities in the United States. Only 8% in Spokane claim to know Christ. It is in great need of the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

About The Floyds
Daryl and Dinah Floyd moved to the Northwest in August 2006 to begin the journey of reaching out with the Gospel of Christ to the people of Spokane, Washington. Prior to this work, the Floyd’s led in the planting of a house church in the southwest area of Louisville, Kentucky. Daryl was also a staff ministry assistant at Valley View Church, a church of over 2,000 members, while completing his Master of Divinity from the Billy Graham School of Evangelism and Church Growth at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also served as Minister of Worship and Discipleship at a church in the southwest area of Louisville. Daryl and Dinah have two children, Mary Kathryn, and Andrew.
